An immersion in the art of LÃdia Lisbôa
An enriching journey that redefines the relationship with the environment and creative expression, where visual narratives and sensory experiences intertwine, highlighting the relevance of the body and memory in the artist’s work.
Ornare gave guests an immersive experience with a guided tour of the Millan Gallery, where they had the chance to explore the inspiring exhibition by LÃdia Lisbôa. The artist, recognized for her multidisciplinary practice that encompasses sculpture, crochet, performances and drawings, presents works that dialogue with the themes of landscape, the body and memory, reflecting interconnected gestures and stories. The exhibition reveals how sewing and the construction of narratives in Lisbôa’s work generate a subjective construction, promoting processes of healing and re-signification.
This visit was made even more special by the connection with the Art All Around project, which highlights the presence of LÃdia Lisbôa’s works in Ornare’s flagship store in São Paulo. With the aim of transforming the showroom into a living art gallery, the project aims to unite design and artistic expression, establishing an innovative dialog between furniture and art.
