Ornare is pleased to announce its participation in the 14th edition of São Paulo Design Week (DW! 2025), taking place from March 10 to 16. With an exclusive program at its flagship store on Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva and its showroom at Shopping D&D, the brand will host a series of talks exploring the intersection of art, fashion, sustainability, and architecture. Under the theme “Creativity in Motion: Art, Fashion, and Design,” these gatherings on March 11 and 12 will bring together renowned experts to discuss innovative concepts and spark reflections on the future of design.
The first day will be dedicated to the relationship between art, sustainability, and design. Visual artist Lara Matana will share her experience in creating works that combine aesthetic sophistication with environmental awareness, using wood as a key raw material. She is currently developing exclusive pieces for the “Art All Around” project, which will be featured in the Milan and D&D showrooms. Jayme Liande, CEO of We Light, will present innovative lighting solutions that enhance spatial design. Among the success stories, he will highlight Ornare’s flagships in São Paulo and Milan, recognized at the LIT Lighting Design Awards. Architect João Armentano and Wellington Melo, General Director of Hotel Unique, will discuss the retrofit process of the iconic Brazilian hotel, emphasizing the harmony between preserving the original identity of Ruy Ohtake’s design and incorporating contemporary elements, with Ornare’s furniture playing an essential role in this evolution.
